Dismantling plain cement concrete work including all cost etc complete complying with standard specification

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shale’s etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and Eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing,laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approvedmake, quality and colour inall floorsoverabase layerof cementmortar1:3 (Onepart of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (PSand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and point ed neatly with colour cement at the rateof 0.40kg/m2 laidwithoutanyairgap inthe tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour &quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work.

Paving the floor with design Anti skirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size30Smmx 305mmx 6mm in all floors over a base layer of cementmortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand(PSand)),20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement (SI.No.257)

Brickwork in CM1:5(onecement&FiveCrushedStone Sand(M-Sand))using I] class ground moulded bricksof size9"X43/8"X23/4" including finishing,curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification-100CFT ( SI.No 196 b)

Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of sizes 300mmX450mmX8mmsizeof approvedmake and quality and colour Set in cementmortar 1:2 (OnepartofCement andtwopartof PlasteringSand (PSand)) over !0mmbase layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed. (SI.No.360 f)

Painting with enamal paint two coats for new Iron work including one coat of priming coat and using the best quality Iron primer and best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification .

Plastering with C.M 1:5 mix to 12 mm thick including all cost etc complete.
