Labour and hire charges for providing wooden gallery in 2 levels at a height of 0.60m and 0.75m from the ground level using MS frames supporting the stage and top of gallery covered with 19mm thick water proof plywood with reapers for cross bracings with necessary screws and nails including finishing neatly etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of materials, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges, fixing charges and all other incidential charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for providing pandal by using M.S.pipe steel truss and MS Angle, purlin and finished with the prefabricated structural members which are ready to use with necessary bolts and nuts with rain proof and fire proof zinc sheet pandal to a height of 24 feet from the existing ground level and stability of the structure is ensured by thoroughly checking the members against any possibility of sliding, collapsing and should be water proof etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of materials, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges, fixing charges and all other incidential charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for providing cloth covering in the ceiling using mull cloth of approved quality including border colour frills etc.,stitching and fixing in position etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes are hire charges for stiched frills, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges and all other incidential charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for decorating the elevation of the gallery using colour frills and colour clothes as border etc, complete and as directed by the deptl. officers. The rate includes loading, unloading, conveyance, labour charges and fixing charges, scaffolding charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for providing steps using MS frames having tread of 0.30m and rise of 0.15 m to a height of 0.75 m from ground level provided with necessary cross brackings etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of materials, loading, unloading, conveyance charges, labour charges and fixing charges and all other incidential charges etc., The same has to be removed after the function is over.
Labour and hire charges for providing Ramp of required sizes to suit the site condition using C.W.Scantling of 80mm thick as cross bracings at suitable interval to form frame work for the ramp and top covered with 12mm thick chequred design [diamond shape] water proof plywood of best and approved quality. The rate includes hire charges material , labour charges for making and fixing in position etc, and as directed by the departmental officers. The same has to be removed after the function is over.
