Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on PAC certified source of M/s Shell Corporation or their authorized dealers for this item and offer of other firms will also be considered for placement of development orders for restricted quantity, provided the firm has satisfactory proof of past performance for the same item such as P.O. copies, Inspection certificate and receipt note etc.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender. Have you attached any performance statements with your offer? Have you gone through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenderers, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and do you agree and confirm to abide by the Instructions to Tenderers, General Tender Conditions,IRS Conditions of Contract and the SpecialConditions of Tender. Have you quoted submitted/uploaded the Performance Statement supported by copies by Purchase Orders, Receipt Notes, and Inspection Certificates as the case may be.
