Supply and fixing Steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thick lath with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type including taking down existing rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 1 above but except rolling shutter, including repairing of old shutter and fixing in same position with top cover, ancoring rod, hasp and staple ( Ball bearing and safety lever lock shall be measured paid seaprately ) including greasing of all parts (ie railling, locking arrangement, gear box, bearing etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe410-0 or Fe 310-0 including taking down framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labor for 1mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing 2mm thick fibre glass reinforce transulcent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation on side lap fixed with coach screw and wahser in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length of any thickness complete all as specified and direcated by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but n. exc 6 cm thick complete all as specified and direcated by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using sanded paper, clean cloths and dry paint brush & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint/colour to achieve glossing finish with using paint brush complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) (nominal mix) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) (nominal mix) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose)

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and newly plaster in patch works on surface of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition stone/marble slabs of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight courses, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1 as in gate pillars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block 60 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, factory made, any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, made out of M-35 grade concrete laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: The rate of 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Kerb stone/ coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
