Dismantling of AC/GI plain/Corrugated / semi corrugated roof sheets any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel work in tubular poles & trusses (framed) including purlins,rafters and special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F steel Fe-410-W (Gde 250 Quality-A) work in tubular stanchion/post including special shaped washer etc. complete using one of more tubes or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work Fe-410-W (Gde 250 Quality-A) in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for MS Framed work of Fe 410 W (Gde-E-250) Quality A, as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

M&L for preparation of new/old or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc. 0.5cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer n.exc. 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L P:C:C 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring incl finished cement concrete surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring benching, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor and cut and polished with grey cement and pigment, including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section,concrete ,brick work ,massonery etc . including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all speciified and directed

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Ser No-11 but for 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long and dia of neck 11 mm to 15 mm

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and rafts beams, sides and soffits (in any ) of foundation and plinth beams etc and similar work, vertical or to batter for Fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any size or type,and removing the site complete all speciified and directed

S&F PVC insulated chain link fencing including line wire of size 3.15 mm dia and 100x100 mm mesh made up in mattresses or cases, lapped wire and laid in position to RCC fenccing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts, standard bolt, incl securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire sraples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed (each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment)

S&F Flat Iron strip 40 mm x 6 mm for securing chain link fencing with RCC posts incl drilling holes, notching for wire etc. for inserting bolts incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on previously untreated (new)/old surface of RCC posts or bk wall incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
