Charges for removal of existing demaged bottom base structure angle for LT panel by gas cutting for one panel area

Charges for Loading the panel from outside of Repair pay, Transporting to the location unloading the panel, positioning the panel by using the chain block and erection new panel in the newly erected base frame

Charges for fixing the horizondal and vertical bus bar and connecting to its supporting insulator and wiring to the male contacts. Complete tightness checking of vertical and horizondal bus bar. Fixing of hylam sheet and and providing top and side plates for bus bar chamber

Dismantling &Transporting of Bus duct Dismantling the Bus duct from joints. Loading & unloading, Transporting the Bus duct and Aluminium bus bar from TTPS site to contractor workshop for shaping the bus bar and bus duct.

Fabrication of Aluminum bus bar: Cutting of Bus bar in Bus duct as per the required Length. Removing the painting coating in the Bus bar and cleaning. Welding of inner Bus bar and shaping and painting etc.

Re fixing Aluminium bus bar: Re fixing of Aluminium bus bar and match with the LT swgr main bus , re fixing the bus bar supports ,and matched with existing the swgr panel.Transporting the Aluminium bus bar from contractor work shop to TTPS site after completion of shaping work of bus bar.

Complete servicing of 2500 A/1600 A/C&S Make LT Breaker 1 No.

Supply of erection materials, assembling of cradle unit with main incoming & Out going portion of L.T breaker panel end.and Commissioning of 415 Volts, 1600 Amps/ 2500 Amps capacity L.T Air circuit breaker.
