Supply of 03 lamp, 04 leg, Precision Approach Path Indicator unit (PAPI) with totally corrosion proof material, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof IP 54 enclose made of phosphate aluminium alloy with powder coated painting in aviation yellow, vertically adjustable legs, support legs and mounting plates are of special aluminium alloy and are totally frangible, checking stick, spirit level, Tool kit set and all accessories i/c three sets of anodized aluminium reflectors, toughened front glass, clear lens, Red dichroic filter, 6.6 amps secondary lead up to 03 mtr length, Air filter, lamp holder, four number 6.6 amp. 200 W Halogen lamp with life 1000 hrs, designed for wind load up to 200 kms/hrs. & heat sink etc. complete as required as per ICAO & FAA standard with latest amendment.

Installation, testing and commissioning of PAPI System (08 units) along with all its accessories i/c replacement of, bases for checking stick, taking level & setting right angles (minimum 03 times) by Total Station / Theodolite, excavation, fitting, fixing, cleaning, marking, earthing, connecting, providing pipe for secondary leads, painting and ground calibration of the system as per latest ICAO standard.etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying G.I. tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.

Supply of internally illuminated LED based guidance signboards mandatory and informative sign Boards of various sizes and depth not less than 100mm made out of 4mm thick UV coated poly carbonate sheet at front facia having the requirrede details as per attached drawing on self-adhesive vinyl film of 3m make or equivalant and pasted inside of the polycarbonate sheet and body made of 2mm thick anodised aluminium profile reinforced by 50mmx50mm Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy structure on other five sides suitable to mount on Alu. leg having dia 50mm OD along with CI base and breakable coupling.Uniformally illuminated with adequete No. of LED strips led life not less than 60,000hrs with suitable rated LED driver to operate with input supply of 2.8 A -6.6 A series CCR circuit or 220 VAC without flickering , with all required accessories. signboard IP rating-IP66.as required.

Installation,Testing and Commissioning of mandatory /information signboards including foundations connections etc as required.

Supply of Unidirectional elevated type high intensity AMA APN Approach Light Fitting suitable for use with 200W 6.6A halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamp and clear or green spreader lens and CI base plate etc as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of approach fitting including setting of TOED-IN angle with measuring tool as per ICAO and CAR norms and submission of test report and giving training to AAI staff etc as required.
