PERIODICAL SERVICES TO PCDA BUILDING SECTOR 09 UNDER GE CHANDIGARH.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Debris will be disposed as per UT norms and Contractor will laise with UT athority for the same and rates quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect.

Repairing the edges of concrete chajjas, facias, slabs, columns & the like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including all necessary form work and rendering 15 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3), after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/ Sq. m of surface, finished even and fair, surface area not exceeding 300 mm wide, in patches including taking down swoolen/damaged plaster or concrete (up to 6th storey of Building) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion RCC at any height and in any sitution floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint to match with existing surfaces complete (up to 6th storey of Building) all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces , trowelled to even and smooth surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, on fair face of concrete surfaces ceiling etc.at any height (upto 6th floor) and removing rubbish out of premise land all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down snow soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, of walls including corinces pillars etc filling the all holes / patches with wall care putty to make surface smooth wherever required and applying one coat of interior acrylic emulsion at any height (upto 6th floor) , all as specified and directed.
