B) Checking of HV and LV cable terminations and connections. c) Insulation Resistance (IR) testing between: d) HV–LV e) HV–Earth f) LV–Earth g) Winding resistance testing of all phases. h) Transformer Turns Ratio (TTR) testing, wherever applicable. i) Checking of phase-to-phase electrical parameters and balance. j) Checking of transformer earthing and neutral earthing connections. k) Checking of transformer protection devices, including temperature relay, alarm/trip circuits and other available protections. l) Checking of transformer input/output voltage and current. m) Checking for abnormal heating, humming/noise and other symptoms reported at site. j) Checking of associated control and indication circuits. k) Analysis of test results to identify the possible cause of the reported problem. l) Identification of defective/abnormal components, if any. m) Recommendation for further repair or replacement based on test observations. n) Preparation and submission of a detailed testing and fault-diagnosis report. o) Note: Major repair work, winding repair, replacement of bushings, protection relays or other defective components shall be carried out/charged separately after approval.

Installation of PT in Main Incoming as per detail mentioned below etc complete as reqd. a) Supply and installation of suitable Potential Transformer (PT) in the main incoming HT panel, as per system voltage and existing panel arrangement. b) Arrangement and mounting of PT inside the existing HT panel. c) Installation of necessary mounting supports, clamps and hardware. d) Connection of PT primary side to the HT incoming circuit through suitable protection/fuse arrangement, as applicable. e) Connection of PT secondary wiring to the metering, protection and indication circuits. f) Proper termination, ferruling and identification of PT secondary wiring. g) Checking of PT secondary fuse/MCB and associated protection circuit. h) Checking and termination of PT earthing connections. i) Verification of PT polarity and phase sequence. j) Checking of PT secondary voltage and output. k) Testing of PT circuit for correct voltage indication and metering operation. l) Checking of insulation and control wiring associated with the PT. m) Functional testing of the complete PT circuit after installation. n) Restoration of the HT panel and final operational checking. o) Submission of installation/testing report after completion
