Supply of 1 core 16 sqmm, 5 KV grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed under ground airport lighting cable generally confirming to IS: 1554 Part-II 1981 with upto date amendment etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 300 W, 20/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 100 W, 20/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type I class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core 16 sqmm copper conductor cable as etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 2 core 4 sqmm 600 V grade, copper conductor, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, underground secondary cable complete as specified complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of single core 4 sqmm 600 V grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated flexible cable for earthing as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essena Connector) of type II class B connector & suitable for field attachment with 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 2 core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable etc complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supplying and laying of 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (upto 75 cm below ground level as per site) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Laying one number 5 KV grade Airfield lighting cable of size single core 6 / 16 Sqmm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE pipe as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with cable as required.

Laying of one number 600 V grade copper conductor EPR insulated, PCP sheated of size 2 core 4 Sqmm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE pipe as required.

Kerfs cutting with machine in runway /taxiway of bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for secondary cable along with earth wire, laying of cable, earth wire and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required.

Supply of rectangular C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box of Size 600mm (l)x 450mm(w) X450mm(h), made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding having 2 no. equidistant holes of 90mm,100mm above the bottom of one side surface(600X 450mm) ; also a suitable hole of 50mm, from 75mm above the bottom centre at both side surface(450mm X 450mm) . The box should have one each SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside on both side surface(450X 450mm) and having two drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 2 no 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe.

Installation of CI housing box of size rectangular C.I. Transformer housing box of Size 600mm x 450mm X 450mm height as per drawing including excavation of surface, cement concrete all round, providing 2 nos. 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water, cutting & threading of pipe, adjustment of housing with thedolite etc, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same as original as required.

Supply and fixing of CI top cover of 600 mm X 450 mm and 15 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 8 Nos. M10 tapped hole and SS bolts etc complete as required.

Installation of 12 inch dia shallow base suitable of approach/ runway edge/ threshold/end etc. inset type light fitting as per site and including core cutting, aligning and setting, fixing the shallow base with sealing material of dobefil and hardener etc. including supply of all materials except shallow base as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of top assembly of inset type approach/runway edge/threshold/end light on existing shallow base including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Elevated type Medium Intensity Taxiway edge Light fitting (LED type) on the existing transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Making remote control connection of 7.5 KW CCR in control desk of ATC tower for on-off control, all brightness steps control, back indication etc including identification of cores of existing control cable at junction box in CCR hall and control desk in ATC tower, Supplying and making end termination of 12 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 1.1 KV Grade copper conductor control cable in control box and CCR in CCR hall, connection, testing commissioning etc complete as required.

Numbering of GLF fittings with letters in yellow on black back ground as per inscription approved of Engineer in charge as required.
