Supplying and erection of 11KV pin Insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 11KV overhead line conductors complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required (+) Erection of pole top/straight two wire/V-shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required (+) Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/RCC/PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required.

G.I. wire 8 SWG. For earth continuity and cradling and for connection of earthing and lighting arrestor + Erection of 8 SWG G.I. wire including binding etc. as required. 16 x 2 x 50 x 0.131

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works (+) With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat) 25 nos. pole x 3.68 sqm Each = 92.00 sqm

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/V-shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required (+) Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping of the poles, 50mm x 6mm N.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required. 16 x 20

Supplying and erection of three piece non linear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply of GOS 800 Amp.

Fitting of GOS 800 Amp.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm dia G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
