NECESSARY REPAIR WORK IN VARIOUS PARKS LOCATED IN JHOTWARA ZONE.

(4.10.1.1) Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt,clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m

(2.4.2) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

(2.4.2) Dismantling Stone Masonry Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar.

(1.1.3) Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading,unloading and stacking ::Stone,boulders,gravelly material Beyond rate of lead upto 5 km.

(21.1.7) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

(25.1.2) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

(22.1.1) Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories or height upto 7.5 metre above plinth level including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

(26.23) Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1 : 2 :4 mix 50mm thick complete as per specification

(9.5.1) Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix With Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures (if required) as approved, curing compound,finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. PCC M-20

(23.19.6) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

(23.1.2) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(29.26.2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

(32.3.2) Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

(10.5.2) Painting two coats on specified surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade, after thorough cleaning and necessary filling to give even shade as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour.On steel surface

(32.36.1) Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

(9.2) Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid manually,compacting with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

(9.11) Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand.Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge.The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.

(30.20.4) Chequered terrazzo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) : Ordinary cement without any pigment.

(39.48) Supplying, erecting and fixing in position specified precast RCC bench made of RCC grade M-30 consisting of 2 Nos. “L” shaped base support of thickness 100 mm back height 1000mm, front height 450 mm, base width 420mm and 5 Nos. RCC planks of size of 1500x100 x 50 mm and 1 Nos RCC planks of 150x200x50mm including joining all parts with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts to be sealed after assembly with nice finish and appearance and level complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in-charge. Every bench should have a manufacturer’s logo of appropriate size Engraved at suitable place.
