Cleaning of sump with bleaching powder and brushes thoroughly scrapping two times inside the wall around including bailing out dirty water and cleaning the sump two times with clear water including cost of brush, bleaching powder, hire charges for ropes, bucket and ladder, etc. as directed by the departmental officers.

Cleaning of Sintex OHT of size 1.00 m dia and 1.10 m height with bleaching powder, brush, thorough brushing two times inside around the tank and bottom of the sintex tank including bailing out dirty water and cleaning the tank wall around with clear water, removing and refixing in original position of the GI outlet pipes without damaging the sintex works. etc all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the vegetation in the blocks such as Banyan, neem and other similar vegetation, plants grown on the outside walls of the blocks including cutting the plants, removing the roots by dismantling the brick masonry walls, applying chemical on the surface including scaffolding arrangement and redoing the dismantled brick masonry to original position, etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clearing of Septic tank by engaging sewage lorry of capacity 8000 liters for removing the sludge and sewage water in septic tank and clearing away the same from the scheme area including cost of hire charges of 8000 liters capacity sewage pump set machine required tools and plants and labour charges etc.,complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering in C.M 1:3 (one of cement and three of P.sand) 10mm thick for bottom of sunshade, ceiling in all floors, including scaffolding, curing ,finishing etc complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers .

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P.sand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including, providing band cornice scaffolding curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Finishing the top of flooring with cement concrete 1:4 (One of cement and three of hard broken blue granite chips of size 10mm and below) 20 mm thick providing proper slopes, thread lining, curing etc.. complete in all floors complying with relevant standard specifications

White washing one coats using clean shell lime slacked and screened including cost of lime, gum, blue brushes, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Engaging JCB for Cleaning light Jungle, Excavating Earthen channel, Leveling undulation surface including hire charges, labour charges and fuel charges etc., all completion all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.

Bore well Flushing charges for developing the Borewell with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 Hours) including transportation, labour and fual charges for compressor as directed by TWAD officers and conducting yield test by 'V' notch method etc., all complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers.
