1) -Removing Manglore tiled roof and ridge tiles with battens, ridge and barge boards, eaves 8 A boards etc and sacking the materials as directed with all leads and lifts complete. Including removing wood work below etc. complete.

2) Removing and resetting Mangalore tiles from roof including refixing loose battens etc. complete.

3) Supplying A-A class Mangalore tiles etc complete.

4) Supplying A -A class ridge tiles etc. complete.

5) - Removing doors and windows with frames and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

6) -Removing cement tiles, or marble or polished shahabad floor or dado without bed concrete including stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

7) - Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc complete.

8) Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand,gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. 9) Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand - P/I 177/24.01 RA

10) Providing laterite stone masonry in cemen morter 1 : 6 in foundation & plinth including striking joints on the unexposed faces & watering etc com (R.A.)
