Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note:Only punned thickness 18cm will be measured and paid.

Supplying & laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300 x 180 x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per tem No 05 here-in-before but laying of old cable cover obtained under item no 1

Disconnection and taking down of HT XLPE UG cable 11000 V grade, 3 Core 120 sqmm from the trenches. Note 1: Excavation, RFR & will be measured and paid seperately under the respective items.

Supply, laying, testing, connect & commissioning cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor HT UG cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed..

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for GI pipe, light grade of 80 mm dia, laid in trenches/on poles walls complete with all fittings all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply, laying and testing and commissionig cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 120 sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for Outdoor type Straight through, jointing kit, heat shrinakable for 11KV grade UG cable with 3 core 120 sqmm Aluminium conductor complete along with jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of Primary and secondary sides 11 KV cables and 33 KV aluminium conductor of the 10 MVA power transformer with proper shut down and removal of all the control cables with proper marking, safely and making all the necessary area clearance for lifting of transformer by removing/draining out the transformer oil from the transformer to the barrels and keep in safe custody for re-use and dismanting of the conservator tank, radiators and fixing dummy plates to avoid ingress of moistures. Breaking of the security wall rebuilding after to and fro movement of transformer and complete unloading and loading of the transformer with Hydra/Trailor not less than 20 Ton & transportation to the workshop not exceeding 50 KM for carry out repair and shift back to 33 KV Yard under GE (U) E/S Delhi Cantt as directed by Accepting officer/Engineer-in-charge after carring out complete repairs & making all HT /LT/Control cable of OLTC/RTCC Panel connections, fixing of all accessories including refilling of oil , testing and commissioning alongwith carry out pre & post commissioning tests all as specified and as directed

Labour for after dismantling of transformer & physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limb HV & LV winding from core assembly) , washing of core assembly hot oil for removing burnt carbon & copper particles & cleaning of complete top yoke by oil , reassembly of complete core assembly & core coil assembly providing new coils and new tap leads of OLTC, re-tanking, tightening of top cover , fixing of HV and LV bushing, OLTC overhauling connection of C.T. Filling of oil, conservator tank, ready for final testing and Drying/Ovening of complete CCA in vacuum Chamber & continues monitoring for Improvement of IR Value complete all as specified and as directed..

Note :- (i) Insulation level of :- HV-L1 170 KV AC 70 KV LV-L1 75KV AC 28 KV to be maintained at the time of LVN L1 75 KV AC 28 KV delivery/pre commissioning

(ii) 33 KV/11 KV winding turns ratio shall be compiled with Name plate details/OLTC circuit parameter of the Power transformer

M & L in repair for sundry/consumable charges and insulation material like crepe tape, kraft paper, Nomex tape Precompressed press board, insulation glue , cotton tape, webbing tape etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in OLTC & for topping up in transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of new copper coil suitable for HV & LV made out of proper/ required as per the existing size copper wire enameled of high quality matching with the existing impedance and pre- insulation all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The cost of coil shall be inclusive of varnish sleeving of insulating material for 33KV to HV coils & 11 KV to LV coils. (b) Cost of taking down the clamps, upper channels and core & HT links and re-clamp, positioning with separators, brazing etc completely. (c) Winding to be double wound built % impedence of 3.38 at tap 5, with no load/full load losses as per IS.

Supplying and Fixing in repairs of complete set of 33/11 KV,10 MVA Transformer Gaskets complete for top covers, inspection cover, OLTC chamber, PRV , HV, LV, Bacings, Radiators mechanically considered/box probes inlet/ out level values, complete accessories all as specified and as directed .

M & L for leakage/pressure testing at 0.35 Kg for 24 Hrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ON load Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under item No 16 here-in -before as supply only.

Material & labour for repair /overhauling of OLTC ( On load tap changer ) of 33KV/11KV Power transformer of capacities 10 MVA at site by carried out following work of Schinder/ABB/OLG make :- (a) Opening of top plate of OLTC. (b) Draining out of transformers oil from the OLTC. (c) Stoping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including replacement of oil seal and all gasket of OLTC. (d) Checking /servicing of moving and fixed contact of OLTC and resistence test of contact. (e) Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge. (f) Filling of new transformer oil in OLTC . (g) Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h) Refixing of top plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling. (i) Electrical testing of manual/auto operation of OLTC. Note :- Transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately under item No 16 here-in -before as supply only.

M & L for complete testing before and after as per IS-2026, Megger ratio , LV & HV resistance, LV and HV high voltage test, DVDF & Vector test to check the healthiness of the transformer complete all as specified and as directed.
