Supply of High-Performance PTZ IP cameras for General Surveillance and Intelligent Incident Detection, complete with camera unit and standard OEM accessories, suitable for integration with central servers/VMS. The PTZ cameras shall be equipped with 1/2.8” 5MP or higher PS CMOS sensor with effective resolution of 2960 (H) × 1668 (V), minimum illumination of 0.005 Lux (Colour), 0.0005 Lux (B/W) and 0 Lux with IR ON, 45× optical zoom and 16× digital zoom, motorized lens of 3.95 mm–177.75 mm, 360° endless pan and –20° to +90° tilt, electronic image stabilization, WDR 120 dB, electronic defog, IR range up to 300 m, day/night ICR, and advanced image enhancement features. The cameras shall support H.265/H.264/H.264+/MJPEG compression, resolutions up to 5MP, quad streaming, audio input/output, alarm I/O, privacy masking, presets, tours and scans, ONVIF Profile S/G/T compliance, secure network protocols with cyber-security features, and storage via network/NAS/SD card up to 512 GB. The cameras shall be IP67 and IK10 rated, suitable for outdoor operation in temperatures from –40 °C to +70 °C, powered by 24 VDC or PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at), housed in metal casing, and supplied with OEM datasheets and warranty as specified. The junction box shall be equipped with network equipment comprising managed/unmanaged network switch with minimum two (2) SFP ports along with SFP modules, fully loaded LIU (Light Interface Unit), optical and Ethernet patch cords, and related networking accessories. The scope shall include electrical components, internal wiring, power distribution, MCBs, terminal blocks, required power supply units, structured cabling, proper earthing connections, and installation of 0.5 kVA UPS to provide backup power. The scope shall include configuration of PTZ-based intelligent video analytics for accident detection, parked or stationary vehicle detection, fog/smoke and low-visibility detection, and debris or fallen object detection, enabling event triggers, alerts, snapshots, and system logs etc., Complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Configuration of 5MP Global Shutter IP Cameras for Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS), complete with all accessories, mounting hardware, power arrangements, cabling/termination, and system integration, including configuration of edge-based video analytics for Video-based Incident Detection and Enforcement System (VIDES). The cameras shall have minimum 5MP resolution (2448×2048 or better) with 20 fps at full resolution, support JPEG/H.264 compression, and be based on a 2/3" Global Shutter image sensor with global shutter technology. Cameras shall be provided with fixed C-mount lenses (16 mm / 25 mm), IR-corrected, 5MP, supporting multiple streams (VGA 800×672 and full resolution up to 2456×2047), minimum illumination of 0.5 lux @ F1.6 or better and zero lux with IR, automatic removable IR-cut filter, and day/night operation. Networking shall support TCP, UDP, IPv4, RTSP, and ONVIF Profile S (low-resolution stream) with self-triggered event handling. Interfaces shall include RJ45 (100 Base-TX) and RS-485. The camera shall operate in ambient conditions of –10°C to +55°C with 10–90% RH, housed in IP66/IP67, IK10-rated enclosure, compliant with BIS and STQC cyber-security certification, powered by 12 VDC with power consumption <10 W, and shall support Evidence Management and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) functionalities covering two lanes through a single camera, complete in all respects as per specifications. Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of external IR Illuminators for ANPR cameras, complete with mounting brackets, power supply units, cabling, earthing, lightning protection, and all accessories required for reliable field operation. The IR illuminators shall be pulsed type, triggered and synchronized with the ANPR camera, operating at 850 nm wavelength, with an effective illumination range of 15–30 metres, and IR power per lane of 400 W peak with average power consumption less than 20 W. The illuminators shall support dual power / dual exposure scheme for wide dynamic range imaging and effective capture of retro-reflective and non-reflective number plates without headlight bloom. Power input shall be 24 V DC or 48 V DC. The enclosure shall be outdoor-rated with IP66 or higher protection, suitable for continuous operation in roadside environments. The system shall enable high-quality night-time ANPR and vehicle evidence capture and shall be complete in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Radar based speed display systems using advanced 4D Doppler Radar Technology for vehicle tracking and speed measurement, complete in all respects. The system shall provide two-way coverage with four speed display units, mounted on gantries with integrated radar sensors and LED speed display boards for real-time detection and live speed display to approaching vehicles. The radar shall operate at 24/77 GHz, support multi-lane operation, detect vehicle speeds up to 250 km/h with minimum 98% accuracy, and provide a refresh time of less than 100 milliseconds. The scope shall include radar units with CAN converter, pre-processing unit with suitable outdoor enclosure, and protection arrangements including surge and lightning protection, along with all mounting hardware, power and communication cabling, system integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
