Highg Back Revolving Chair-Supplying, Installation & placing of high back chair with ergonomic design, comfortable & aesthetically appealing. The seat and back shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood padded with high resilience moulded polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ in seat and 40mm thick having density 32Kg/m³ in back. The same shall be upholstered with Leatheratte tapestry 1mm thick and 300 GSM. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine which helps to provide lumbar support. The seat and back shall be arrested together with 50-60µ thick powder coated HR steel spine and the armrest shall be used black integral polypropylene arm completely joint with seat. For seating durability the chair shall have synchro tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism with upright position locking and tilt tension adjustment. The pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height up to 120mm with class-3 gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat. The gas-lift mechanism should be tested from approve Lab. The pedestal should have five legged injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon having pitch circle Dia. 700mm and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The castors of the chair should be injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. The seat size shall be 465±10 mm(W) X 485±10 mm(D) and back size shall be 750±10 mm(H) from seat & overall height = 1260±10 mm.

Mid Back Revolving Chair- Supplying, Installation & placing of ergonomically designed, comfortable & aesthetically appealing Medium back chair. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed malaysian plywood with HR polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ upholstered with Leatheratte tapestry in black colour with 1 mm thick and 300 GSM and the back shall be made of double layered moulded hot pressed plywood (12+6)mm thick with HR polyurethane foam 40mm thick having density 32kg/m³ upholstered with Leatheratte tapestry in black colour with 1mm thick and 300 GSM and foam net in black colour with 1mm thick & 300GSM behind of the back. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine which helps to provide lumbar support. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed malaysian plywood with HR polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ upholstered with Leatheratte tapestry in black colour with 1mm thick and 300 GSM and the back shall be made of double layered moulded hot pressed plywood (12+6)mm thick with HR polyurethane foam 40mm thick having density 32kg/m³ upholstered with Leatheratte tapestry in black colour with 1mm thick and 300 GSM and foam net in black colour with 1mm thick & 300GSM behind of the back. The frame shall be of four-leg construction made of Stainless Steel (SS) Grade 304 round pipe of 25.4 mm diameter with 2.0 mm wall thickness, having a smooth finish. The chair shall be supplied with injection moulded PU arm completely joint with seat. There shall be PPCP shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor . The Seat size shall be 450±10mm(W) X 495±10mm(D) and back size shall be 430±10mm(H) from seat & overall height = 900±10mm. Dimensions Tolerance + 20 mm.

The seat and back shall be made of 18mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood padded with high resilience polyurethane foam (40+30)mm thick having density (30, 32)kg/m³ in seat and (40+30)mm thick having density (32, 32)kg/m³ in back. The same shall be upholstered with leatherite tapestry 0.8mm thick and 535 GSM. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine for back support. The chair shall be supplied with polypropylene arm with cushion base leatherite covering top. The frame structure shall be cantilever support type made of MS CRCA powder coated 50-60µ (DFT) thick round pipe of dia. 25.4mm with 2mm thick. There shall be PPCP shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. The Seat size shall be 480±10 mm(D) X 520±10 mm(W) and back size shall be 540±10 mm(W) X 600±10 mm(H) from seat. Steel Almirah: - Supplying, Installation & placing of steel almirah in perfectly upright and straight position. The overall size of the Almirah shall be 915mm (W) X 485mm (D) X 1980mm (H) including legs. It should be supplied with 4 nos. of adjustable shelves i.e. 5 loading compartments. All components shall be made of 0.8mm thick high yield strength CRCA sheet of grade ‘D’ confirming to IS: 513. Stiffeners shall be provided in shelf & door. The steel hinged door shall be provided with locking mechanism which is assembled with bolt arrangement. The shelves shall have folded constructions which have intrinsic rigidity and high load carrying capacity. Uniformly distributed load capacity per each shelf shall be 40kg maximum. Material shall possess with automated or precision welding systems such as robotic welding & laser welding. The complete steel structure shall be provide finishing with epoxy polyester powder coated with glossy finsh to be thickness 50-60µ. Dimensions Tolerance + 20 mm.

The thickness of the wood should allow for the heavy tension webbing. The sofa shall have spring attached and also be padded separately. The frame shall be padded with high resilience polyurethane foam having density 40Kg/m³ in seat and 32Kg/m³ in back. There shall be cushion arm provided padded with high resilience polyurethane foam having density 40Kg/m³. The complete structure shall be fully upholstered with leatherite tapestry 1±0.2 mm thick and 571 GSM. The understructure shall be supported by pipe frame leg of SS shiny chrome finish having length 875mm and height 100mm with cross-section area 67mm X 13mm. There shall be shoe provided at the bottom to avoid scratches on the floor. The seat size shall be 600mm(D) X 1210 mm(W), seat height 440 mm, overall width 1535 mm, overall depth 935 mm & overall height 850 mm. Dimensions Tolerance ±20 mm.

HOD EXECUTIVE TABLE: Supplying, Installation & placing of Modular table in completely knock down conditions with an overall size 2250mm X 2100mm X 750mm that is to be assembled at site. The work top shall have the size 2100mm X 1050mm made up of 50mm thick Ply Mr Grade approved laminate and finish as per approved shade. The top profile shall be in rectangle shape and the edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge banding. Single sided flapper box shall be enclosed at table top that houses video, audio, LAN and data and power connection discretely. The end wall of the table on the side shall be topped by gable end. The gable end shall be made up of 50mm thick Ply Mr Grade and profile shall be in linear shape with appropriate PVC edge banding. The table shall be clad with 18mm thick modesty panel which provide structural support for the table with appropriate PVC edge banding connected with both end. The table shall have side unit for storage purpose with an overall size 2100mm X 600mm X 641mm. The side unit shall be made up of Ply Mr Grade with drawer base 9mm thick & other parts 18mm thick like shutter, back, facia, top etc. It shall have 3 drawer, 1 shutter and 2 sliding shutter. The drawer shall be operated with SS handle and easily close & open with the assistance of roller channel to enable smooth operation. The drawer shall have central locking mechanism in which all the drawer shall be locked with one single lock. To protect the wall from kicks, abrasion and serve as a decorative moulding, skirting shall be provided at bottom. Dimensions Tolerance ±20 mm.
