Providing and applying Tack coat with RS-1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface cleaned of dust and extraneous materials with mechanical brooms or any other approved equipments and spraying primer @ 0.25 kg per sqm (zero point twenty five kilograms per square-meter) with emulsion pressure distributor equipped for spraying uniformly , including carriage of materials and equipment including all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge conforming to clause 503 of MORT&H specification (5th Revision). Qty of Tack Coat under NH Division Solan Division i.e. 429493.20 Sqm and under NH Division Theog is equal to 66880 Sqm. Total Qty= 496373.20 Sqm

Providing and laying 50mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam on prepared surface with 60-90 ( Sixty to Ninety) Tonne per hour (TPH) capacity computerized Hot Mix Plant production average output 75 tonne (Seventy five) TPH using crushed aggregate Grading–II of MORT&H specification premixed with VG-30 Bitumen as per approved JMF (The contractor shall submit the JMF from NABL lab and employer shall x-check it in the NABL lab) with minimum bitumen content 4.5% of total weight of mix, transporting the mixed materials with tipper and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor to the required grade and rolling with smooth wheels vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve desired density as per clause 505 of MORT&H specification (5th Revision) in all leads and lifts and including all corrective measures wherever required such as profile correction patching of pot holes sealing of cracks for all depths including all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra will be paid for increase in binder content as per JMF Qty of DGBM under NH Division Solan i.e.10737.33 cubic meter and under NH Division Theog i.e. 1672.00 cubic meter Total Qty = 12409.33 cubic meter

Providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous concrete with 60-90 (Sixty to Ninety) TPH computerized HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified Grading-II premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder with minimum binder content of 5.5 % of total weight of mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 (5th Revision) complete in all respects including all leads and lifts with all mode of transport and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra will be paid for increase in binder content as per JMF (The contractor shall submit the JMF from NABL lab and employer shall x-check it in the NABL lab). The Contractor shall remove the dirt, loose earth, grass from existing shoulders up to drain on hill side and up to parapets/W guard rail/edge on valley side including any debris, and fill the shoulders up to drain on hill side and up to parapets/ W guard rail edge/road edge on valley side & compact it with good earth as per the MoRTH specification under OMC to achieve good line and level of shoulders with main carriageway/W Guard rail/parapets/ valley edge/drain edge, this being incidental work within this item and nothing extra shall be paid. Qty of BC under NH Division Solan i.e.8589.86 cubic meter and under NH Division Theog i.e. 1337.60 cubic meter. Total Qty= 9927.46 cubic meter.
