M&L for taking down existing unserviceable parts & complete full overhauling of DG Set 200 KVA at bhosari Pump House with replacement of following Items here in after as supply only all as specified and directed Note :- (i) After completion of overhauling work, DG Set should be tested on 50% load for 2 hours, 80% load for 8 hours and 100 % load for 2 hours, fuel required for testing should provided by department as schedule 'B' free for filling (ii) Provision of load for testing should done by contractor

M&L for repair and cleaning of Radiator of 200 KVA Capacity DG Set including connected works required at site such as stoping of leakages, material for cleaning etc complete all as required at site

M&L for repair to cylinder heads of 200 KVA Capacity DG Set including connected works required at site such as stoping of leakages, material for cleaning etc complete all as required at site

M&L for repair/replacement to main alternator of 200 KVA Capacity DG Set including connected works required at site etc complete all as required at site

M&L for repair/replacement to charging alternator of 200 KVA Capacity DG Set including connected works required at site etc complete all as required at site

M&L for repair/replacement to Starter of 200 KVA Capacity DG Set including connected works required at site etc complete all as required at site

Loading, unloading and transpotating charges for transporting of Engine, Alternator and fuel injuction pump etc. for repair to outside workshop from CME and back Note for item No. 1 to 7 above : Spares components will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of sch 'A' These parts shall be same make of which DG set is in repair.

M & L for repair of battery cable of 70 sqmm, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor single core cable with necessary copper lugs and connections.

M&L for repair of battery terminals made out of brass with nut bolts & washers and necessary brazing to cable complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repair of ignition switch with key for DG set Make : Minda or other equivalent make.

Supply and fix in repair LED type lamps with holders for DG Set control panel/AMF panel.

Supply and fix digital voltmeter 0-600 Volts flush type 96 X 96 mm square including taking out the unserviceable one.

Supply and fix digital ammeter CT operated 0-200/400 amps, flush type 96 X 96 mm square including taking out the unserviceable one.

Supply and fix digital frequency meter 40-55 Hz, 96 X 96 mm square including taking out the unserviceable one.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable heavy duty maintenance free batteries suitable for AMF DG set of capcity 12 Volts, 180 AH including connecting brass and copper lugs with terminals. Make : Exide model MHD 1800 or equivalent model of standard Amron, Tata Green, Furukawa with replacement warranty 18 Months.

Supply only diluted sulphuric acid specific gravity 1250 for lead acid batteries.

Supply only distilled water for batteries

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Notes : The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med gde, wire mesh, protection pipe 40mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete and including alternate layer of charcoal and salt all as specified and directed.
