Renovation of Conference Hall and Balcony in Admin Building at Raiganj LPG Plant 1. Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) BPCL – Raiganj LPG Plant invites limited tenders from BPCL registered vendors for Renovation of Conference Hall and Balcony in Admin Building. 2. Scope of Work (Detailed) The contractor shall carry out the following works as per specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to BPCL guidelines: a. Supply and installation of conference room backside window and door fittings, including necessary hinges, locks, handles, and finishing. b. Fabrication and fixing of toughened glass doors (3.5 ft × 8 ft and 4 ft × 7 ft) with patch fittings, pivots, stoppers, and floor springs. c. Supply and installation of premium-quality door fittings including hydraulic closers, stainless steel hardware, and soft-close systems. d. Supply and installation of UPVC windows. e. Providing and fixing window curtains with stainless curtain rods, brackets, and hooks. f. Supply and installation of balcony ACC Fibre Cement roofing sheet including supporting framework, clamps, sealants, and weatherproofing. g. Tiles and brick masonry work include floor tiles, skirting, plastering, and finishing as required. h. Interior decoration works include the complete interior decoration of the conference hall by installing designer plywood panelling on walls and custom-designed conference table cladding, ensuring a premium, modern, and corporate aesthetic. i. Supply and installation of switchboards, modular switches, wiring, conduits, and earthing connections. j. Installation of LED focus lights ensuring optimal illumination and energy efficiency. k.
