Supply and fixing of Over Head Gantry Sign Boards made out of Wide angle cube Corner Micro Prismatic grade retro reflecive sheeting of Type XI of ASTM D 4956 - 09 confirming to IRC: 67 - 2012 Specifications fully covered over 4mm thick Aluminium Composite panel sheet with back supporting frame of 50x50x6mm L angle in position welded structure 6m height from the top of road surface to bottom of horizontal span. Vertical pipe of 323.9mm MS pipes 8mm thick conforming to IS specifications and as per drawing comprising of the vertical posts placed on 1 no. MS base plate of 1200 x 1200 x 25mm thickness MS Top plate of size 900mm x 900mm x 16mm to be used to hold the sign board at the top and bottom respectively and bottom and top horizontal span made of 88 OD pipe 4.5mm wall thickness, for vertical support 48.3 OD MS pipe (3.2mm wall thickness) structure with stiffeners with one coat of primer and two coats of Aluminium paint, for the foundation bolt 12 nos. of 25mm dia bolt 1 mtr long, span with hoisting in position, fixing and hoisting the structure in position including foundation, supply, transportation, installation as per drawing etc., as per engineer in charge. 10 years warranty certificate for Type XI retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 & 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 including 3 years outdoor weather exposure report for the retro reflective sheeting shall be obtained from the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge and as directed by the ELCOT Officers.
