Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) in respect of following sizes of pipes in layers of 15cm thick, watered well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification for filling the trenches after the pipes and specials are laid, jointed and tested removing and spreading the surplus earth at the placed shown and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Dewatering using following diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Jointing the MS pipes and specials with neat cement or cement mortar and spun yarn including caulking the joints, curing. (including cost of jointing materials)

Conveyance of pipe of various type/size of the following pipes including unloading from lorries at stock yard and stoking properly and loading into lorries at stock yard transportation charges upto 8 KM from stock yard and loading from lorries at site/along the alignment carefully and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Materials

Supply and delivery of MS pipe -spiral welded as per IS 3589/2001with internal lining and external coating made with FE 410 etc. complete including transporation changes from factory to work site and as directed by the TWAD Board officers. Pipes shall be internally lined with plant applied cement morter lining 1:2, The Lininig thickness range from 6mm to 12mm as per Table -8 of IS 3589:2001. Pipes shall be externally coated with plant applied CM 1:3, 20mm thick minimum including reinforcement as per clause A-9 of Annex -A of IS 3589:2001 and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.
