MAINT AND REPAIR INCL PERIODICAL SERVICES REPAIR TO JOOINERY ITEMS, FLOORING, WALL, PLUMBING SYSTEM, SANITARY ITEMS AND OTHER LEAKAGE SEEPAGE ALONGWITH DAY TO DAY MAINT WORKS AT MANEKSHAW CENTRE AND KHYBER LINE UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (SOUTH)

(iv) In addition to the above, the contractor shall arrange and maintain all necessary T&P required for execution of the work, such as die sets (1/2" to 1") washers of all sizes, safeda, thread(soot) , M-seal, screws, nails, plugs, grease, putty, welding rods, portable welding machine, drilling machine with bits and the like, including necessary form work, scaffolding and safety measures complete to make the system functional and leak proof including necessary safety measures, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) The cost of all the above arrangements, obligations, T&P, consumables, labour, safety measures, and incidental requirements shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective items and no extra payment whatsoever shall be admissible on this account.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15 mm dia 45 cm long with 2 Nos brass check nuts with washer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement waste fittings, 32/40 mm brass, chromium plated for sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 32 to 40 mm dia PVC waste pipe for WHB & sink, 60 cm long with union complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm angle valve/ stop valves, cast copper alloy , chromium palted, fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch and butter fly handles, screwed with iron pipes or for union, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair bib tap brass chromium plated fancy type, long body with flange screwed down, screwed for iron pipe 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 15mm bore pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts,screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement mixing valve 15 mm dia, CP brass fancy including joints to steel pipe or unions for centre hole wash hand basin, including fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair grating with 100 mm dia of PTMT approved make including fixing with 1:4 cement mortar to floor/ nahni trap etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair grating doom 125 mm dia with waste hole of PTMT (minimum weight 40 gm) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
