Demolition of brick/ stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering /wall tile on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados of any description scrubbing down with water washing down etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in Cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement. etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in Cm 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement with 3% WPC by weight of cement etc.complete all as specified and as directed. ( WPC measured and paid seperatley).

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling of roof slab and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new / decorated surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including one coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and appying two coats of exterior wether coat paint including one coat of primer all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation and appying two coats oil emulsion distemper on old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 3mm thick internal wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Polycarbonate sheet 5.0 mm thick as in north light glazing in workinshop building in squares exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 1.5 sqm and glazing with oil putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The work to be carried out at the height of 10 meter to 15 meter.

Demolition of any type of cement concrete in sunken floor upto RCC level/ desire depth including removal of debries from site complete all as specied and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sunken portion and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @1.2kg/sqm over concrete/ plastered surface complete all as specied and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement but using water proofing compound (3% of weight of cement) all as specified.(WPC will be measured seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for PCC1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid to slope 40mm thick and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specied and as directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid to slope 25mm thick and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick area of each tiles n exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as in backing coat on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surface finished fair and even. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured 300x450x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified.

Dismantling PVC Tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs and sold to contrator through schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Roatation moulded polythene water storage tank triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted all as specified on SSR Part I of 500 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified. incl dismantling of old water tank.

Dismantling PVC Tanks of capacity 1000 Ltrs and sold to contrator through schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Roatation moulded polythene water storage tank triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted all as specified on SSR Part I of 1000 Ltrs capacity incl dismantling of old water tank.

Dismantling PVC Tanks of capacity 2000 Ltrs and sold to contrator through schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Roatation moulded polythene water storage tank triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted all as specified on SSR Part I of 2000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed incl dismantling of old water tank.

Taking down or up old steel tubing galvanised and connections including cleaning for refixing .for Bore of pipe in 15 mm.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, flooring etc). Bore of pipe in 15 mm.
