M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M & L for Pre - cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of Grade C-5.0 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width wall built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement).

Removal of demolished building materials etc exc 1.00 Km and n.exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash to match with existing surface

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, etc set in CM (1:6) including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or strusts (steel) any section, embedded in concrete, brickwork masnory etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixing with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/disintegrated rock.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, embedded in concrete/mosonry complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing of mesh, size 75mm x 75mm and dia of wire not less then 2mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing any mesh, size and any type including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI flat 40 X 6mm as in fillets for securing chain link fencing including cutting, drilling holes etc.

S&F GI round bars of any dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in Charge. Note : Each line of wire will be measured.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc in galvanised barbed wire fencing

M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete.

M&L Providing pre cast cement concrete in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in Charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
