Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Removing excavated excavated soil/ material exceeding 50mtr but not.exc 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L Sand cushioning for UG cable protection/ducts, consolidated sand compacted with clean dry sand etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x180mm x 40mm placed perpendicular to the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out serviceable unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type - 1 flat of size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm from trenches during excavation staging safely for reuse and including relaying complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying laying & testing of XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed system of size 3 core 95 sq mm including taking down of old unserviceable HT cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 100 mm dia in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for testing of 50 KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test , ratio test & transformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for testing of 63 KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test , ratio test & transformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for testing of 100 KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test , ratio test & transformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for testing of 160 KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test , ratio test & transformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for testing of 300 KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test , ratio test & transformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certificate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filtration of transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line. (c) BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and after the filtration & results recorded in triplicate duly signed by the contractor, MES rep. and Engr-in-charge (d) Dielectric strength of the oil shall not be less than 50 kV after filtration & the rate quoted for the items shall be deemed to include the filtration till the desired dielectric strength is achieved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and Fill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked, and brought at site in sealed container only. (b) Cost of collection of samples before and after topping up/changing including testing for dielectric strength etc complete included in the rate quoted for this item

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of transformer 11KV/415 volt 50 KVA to 160 KVA including removing of any oil spillage and applying two coat of anti corrosive paint of shade as per existing of approved make duly marking/writing MES/SM No. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of transformer 11KV/415 volt 300 KVA to 160 KVA including removing of any oil spillage and applying two coat of anti corrosive paint of shade as per existing of approved make duly marking/writing MES/SM No. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing for taking out unserviceable LV bushings and replacement of LV bushing with bushing stud (Brass Metal), nuts and washers for transformer of capacities 11 KV/ .433 KV of rtating upto 300 KVA etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer.in.Charge.

Supply & fixing for taking out unserviceable HV bushings and replacement of HV 11 KV bushing with bushing stud (Brass Metal), nuts and washers for transformer of capacities 11 KV/ .433 KV of rtating 50 KVA to 300 KVA etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer.in.Charge.

Supply and fix breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 500 KVA distribution transformer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer.in.Charge.

Disconnecting of incoming & outgoing cable from both side of transformer indoor/ outdoor type including all accessories, loading unloading and transportation from site to work shop as per site requirement and back to site after carried out repairs & assembling , including connection for the capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA and commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note: Gasket set,LT/HT Side ceramic bushing,spindle for HT/LT side,rewinding ,dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.

M& L for rewinding of HT coil with super enameled best quality copper wire of existing gauge with superior quality insulation material for transformer of any capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M& L for rewinding of LT coil with super enameled best quality copper wire of existing gauge with superior quality insulation material for transformer of any capacity upto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Disconnecting the transformer any type situated at various locations 160 KVA to 300 KVA of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding. Dismantling the transformer and accessories, draining out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/LT coil with existing guage of copper super enamelled wire / copper strip of exsisting size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, ovening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for following capacities of transformer 160 KVA to 300 KVA Note: (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and re-installation is deemed to include in quoted rates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for maintenance free chemical Gel based earthing, Pure Copper type having 50 mm dia 3 mtr long and 7.50 m long Copper strip earthing electrode of size 25 x 3 mm with 60 kg back fill compound , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, perforated watering pipe, funnel with wire mesh, earth lead protection pipe light grade, PCC Chamber 1: 3 :6 type C1 ( for even finish on both the faces ) and RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1, 550 x 550 x 50 mm thick with 8 mm dia TMT bars 150 mm c/c both ways with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia all as required at site including testing on completion and taking down of old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in-Charge Note : (1) 7.50 RM GI earth strip including GI pipe light grade is deemed to be included in the quoted rates, beyond 7.50 RM shall be measured and paid separately. (2) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 1.0 Ohms on testing after completion. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten/saddles or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc of size 32x6mm GI Strip complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

M&L MS Chequered Plate not less than 6mm thick of size for Duct, square cut or notched, Durable and resistant to decay, Maintenance-free, High dielectric strength, High life expectancy, Anti-corrosive with provision of handles for lifting & fixing arrangement including taking out unserviceable chequered plates complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr- in- Charge.

Servicing and maintenance of HT 11 KV switch SF 6 panels decorbonising of all contact points including greasing of the moving parts, cleaning of the moving / stationary contact with CT's, removing of moisture by means of hot air blower, general servicing of the switch gear , remocal of gaskets, nuts/bolts etc complete including testing of the switch gear after repairs and including relays calibration and testing of all relays with setting with connected load complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:- (a) Each switch gear / load break switch /breaker shall be counted as a seperate unit for the purpose of measurement. (b) Servicing shall be carried out after every six month period all as directed by ENgineer-in- Charge. (c) Proper take care shall be taken to isolate the supply and it shall be ensured that repairs are carried out on No LIVE switch gears. (d) During this period any fault megger volues with test certificate should submitted (e) Cheking of all electrical connection for its proper tightness. (f) Id in case any breakdown the service engineer attended the brake down immediately and make the HT switch gear serviceable within 8 working hours.

Supply & fix in repairs HT barrel fuses 11 KV grade of 10 Amps rating current carrying capacity complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs HT barrel fuses 11 KV grade of 16 Amps rating current carrying capacity complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
