Repair and Renovation of Residential quarters of sub jail at M.Rampur for the year 25-26

Removing old lime or cement plaster from work including racking out joint 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead with all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge ( Ground Floor)

First Floor

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard black granite hand broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, curing including cost conveyance, Royalty, Cess taxes of all materials, labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:6) to brick work with curing and cost conveyance, royality of all materials and all labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

First Floor

Supplying, fitting & fixing Aluminum coated frames of doors with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Painting one coat with any approved paint to doors, windows iron works including all labour T&P articles required for the work etc complete as per the specification and direction of the E.I.C.

First Floor

Providing distempering two coats to wall surface with any approved of approved shade including cost of distemper etc. Conveyence, taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

First Floor

Finishing wall with weather coat paints of approved shade on new/old work two coats to give even shade including cost, conveyance taxes with all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the E.I.C.
