Providing and laying anti skit ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mmx10mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @3.3kg per sqm. Including pointing he joints with white cements and matching pigments etc. complete white cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading (As per CSR-2020 item no. 14.72)

Scraping cement plaster (As per CSR-2020 item no. 8.31)

Plastering on wall 20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in two coat work (As per CSR-2020 item no. 15.20)

Removing doors and windows (steel or woods) with chowkhats by making recesses involves when the wall is not to be dismantled i) doors of area 3 sqm and below (As per CSR-2020 item no. 8.26 (a))

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filter consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete (As per CSR-2020 item no. 16.6)

Finishing walls water soluble exterior cement based paint such as snowcem, rubiacem etc. 2 or more coats to give an even shade (As per CSR-2020 item no. 16.13)

Wire gauze fixed on chowkhats with 25mm deodar wood cover molding of full width (As per CSR-2020 item no. 17.13 (i))
