Demolition of lean cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type BO using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate , laid to be minimum consolidated thickness of 25 mm as levelling course, laid and complete in slope over roof all as specified & directed

M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/concrete surfaces of roof applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment as given below :-(a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surfaces. (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.20Kg/Sqm (c) Laying of APP based polymeric water proof membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm and thickness not less than 3mm with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints shall be finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames including applying a coat of cold emulsion bitumen primer (c) Applying bituminius grade aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.11 Ltr per sqm. Make of membrane sheet :- Make- Sika/ Poly plast superior felt /Hyper Plast/Bengal Bitumen/STP. Note : -- (i) Membrane sheet also laid along the parapet upto 30cm height & inserted inside the groove & laid over a coat of bitumen as specified here-in-before.The groove shall be closed with CM (1:3 ) mortar Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (ii) WPC shall be measured & paid under specified item of this Schedule. Nothing shall be entertained on this account. (iii) Contractor shall submit guarantee for 10 years from the date of completion of work. (iv) The amount against guarantee period for roof treatment shall be retained from the contractor's dues or contractor may furnish a fixed deposit receipt in favour of GE as issued by Nationalize Bank. (v) Amount of security deposit against the guarantee period for roof treatment shall be calculated as per the scales laid down for calculating Individual Security from total amount of roof treatment work.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick drain/ PCC/ stone surfaces including racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, drains mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked)@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturar instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately) all as specified

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder, gauge not exc 63cm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified & directed

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified & directed

M & L for prepolished designed and coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cm x 30cmx22 to 25 mm thick set or jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortor (1:6) and polished with grey cement, complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished fair and even, laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length, 12 mm wide and 50 mm deep joints shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with mastic filling to full depth comprising mixture ofheared blown bitumen 85/25 grade and two parts sand, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & RCC posts applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling old Chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel barbed wire of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 3.15mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm with straining bolts, 10mm dia round bars with 0.9mm dia MS binding wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc), binding and jointing complete, including necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Supply only mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing in chain link wire fencing , complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only MS flat iron conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing chain link fencing, all as directed.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc cm but not exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks for hold fast etc. including necessary formwork wherever required, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

Dismantling concertina wire fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CONSEC-ZEL super Razor punched barp tap(SRPBT) aluminium based helix coil with sand including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specification :-(i) Dia of coil (when unstretched) - 610mm (ii) Nos of circles-51 turns per coil (iii) weight of each coil with hessian pack- 8.50Kg (iv) coverage per coil- 8RM (v) central core wire- made from 2.50mm dia GI-H.T.S.S wire asper IS-4454 galvanised as per IS 2629 (vi) Razor punched strip - Razor punched tape is CONSEC- ZAL steel comprising of aluminium base with Zinc alloy coating @ 150gm/sqm conforming to ASTM A792/A-792/A-792Mwith additional primer treatement of Epoxy/polyurthene & Finsal paint Top coat of caulfield green shade (BSL 139)by Hot dipping process.(Note:- Running Length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose).

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type B1(1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in windoew or door ,cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, boundary pillers, bed plates, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge all as specified.

Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out soft and loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing suplus soil to a distance .exc 50mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for steel work in MS tubular work in truss, purlin etc including all necessary welding, bolting, reveting etc conforming to grade I.S.1161-1998 grade St-240 all as specified.

Dismantling Asbestos cement /CGI (Corrugated, semi corrugated etc) transculent sheets in roof covering and existing lightening protection all as specfied and directed.

Dismantling of walls and ceiling boards or insulation board any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Provision of performated/semi-perforated 9mm thick Armstrong ceiling tiles size 595mmx595mm for insulation and acoustic purposes including aluminium anodised section of size, wall angle 30mm x25mmx2mm thick, main/cross T section 15mmx15mm x1.40mm and suspended with 4mm dia GI wire of suitable length and including fixed and aluminium snap grid all as per clause 10.38.1 of SSR Part I and as per manufracture,s instructionscomplete all as specified and directed. S&F for 0.50mm thick Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corugated steel sheet ' colour' having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping and bituminous washers as in roof complete screws as specified and directed.

M/L Fibre glass reinforcement transucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof wall etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for and separating steel reinforcement by segregating cleaning servicable reinforcement bar for reuse complete all as specified and directed. (Slab, pre cast cover slab)

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggrtegate as in precast cover slabs of drains, cover slabs of manholes and similar articles and setting in CM 1:6 including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing TMT steel reinforcement bars 10 mm dia bars & over, cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking,bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with MS wire annealed of 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
