Dismantling old PGI/CGI sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia including ridge etc and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws /L type or J hooks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for timber fixed, 2nd class hard wood clean sawn timber scantling of any size or in any position such as truss, purlin etc fixed in repairs, to replace old and decayed timber complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron bent to shape, holes, drilled etc complete as in wind ties or as in hold fast, clamps, supports for rainwater, venilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay) etc and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood weather boarding in repairs clean swan thickness 25mm thick planed one side & edges tongued & grooved or rebated and fixed with screws as in ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamlel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m deep & getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/steps laid with and including use and waste of form work and finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer or tiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching to sides of foot path finished fair and even etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on concrete surface including finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement.

S&F of 50mm thick second class hard wood clean sawn boards and planks hard wood width exc 20cm in roof ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :- SAIL, TATA STEEL, RINL and equivalent).

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic varnishing on new wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface with a coat of wood filler complete all as specified and as directed.
