Taking shut down and carry out repair to off load rotating type 33 KV/ 200 Amp Air break gang operated switch and alignment of isolators, blades, arcing horns moving mechanism oiling greasing to isolators gear box assembly tightening renewal/replacement of unserviceable spare/components, nut and bolts complete air break switch unit after carrying out fresh lubrication using lithium base grease/petroleum jelly and refixing the spare parts/components etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) New spare/components shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of Labour of connecting item Nos 8.00 to 10.00 are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply only metallic (brass/alloy steel) fixed contact set single pole including fixing screwed nuts and washers suitable for air break gang operated switch of capacity 200 amp 3 pole 33000 volts grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of post insulator with GI post for holding fixed/moving contact assembly including fixing arrangement suitable for Air break gang operated switch 200 Amps, 33000 volts grade. etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GOD operating rod with cover 33000 volts grade insulation including locking arrangements with 65mm pad lock (Godrej) with two keys etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of HT fuse 30 to 200 Amps capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of power pack for 33 KV and 11 KV vacuum circuit breaker of incoming 110 volts AC, outgoing 24 Volt DC etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and commissioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade IS-7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) System laid in trenches/ ducts/ encased in GI pipe/ fixed to poles including jointing & testing etc complete all as specified and directed of following cross sectional area cable (Earthed):-

(a) 95 Sq.mm, 3 core

(b) 240 Sq.mm, 3 core

M&L for tracing the HT/UG cable fault with HT cable fault locator of 33KV/11KV system in any situation/position etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Contractor has to rectify the fault within 08 hours after info by concerned AGE/JE otherwise a penalty of Rs 500/- per hours would be imposed. (ii) One single cable of any length for end to end termination with any number/type of fault will be considered to constitute only one Qty for tracing and payment purpose.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete. NOTE:- (i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire. (iii) Quoted shall include cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

S&F plate type cable route indicator shall be made out of 100mmX5mm GI plate welded/bolted on 35mmx35mmx6mm angle iron, 60 cm long duly inscribed “HT CABLE” on the plate. This plate type marker shall be mounted along the cable trench at intervals not exceeding 30 meters angle iron should be fixed on PCC foundation and base of the foundation prepared by aggregate of 20mm dia size of ratio 1:2:4 type B1 and size of the base 150x150x160mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavating, returning filling, removing , grouting are shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for Dehydration /filtration of transformer oil existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 60 KV above during filling after intial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration and filtration at site. NOTE: (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. (iii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (iv) replacement of minor parts like Drain valve, oil seal etc.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer installed/ at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 KV. Transformer oil conforming to IS-335 shall be supplied in sealed container,empty barrel of transformer oil will be deposited by contractor in E/M store yard.

M&L for testing and checking of di-electric strength of transformer oil with testing equipment/instruments by maintaining a gap 2.5mm between electrodes and applying voltage with rate of rise at 2KV per second as per Indian standards etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rectification of oil leakage from HT side of transformer 11/0.433 KV upto 400 KVA by necessary repair/replacement of bushing/gasket/seal etc complete with brass terminal including testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Contractor should make his own arrangement for all necessary T&P (ii) Contractor has to rectify the leakage within 8 hrs after dismantling of transformer for repairing otherwise a penalty of Rs 500/- per hrs would be imposed.

M&L for rectification of oil leakage from LT side of transformer 11/0.433 KV upto 400 KVA by necessary repair/replacement of bushing/gasket/seal etc complete with brass terminal including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Contractor should make his own arrangement for all necessary T&P. (ii) Contractor has to rectify the leakage within 8 hrs after dismantling of transformer for repairing otherwise a penalty of Rs 500/- per hrs would be imposed.

Supply & spreading of gravels 40 to 63mm size around HT switch yard, 2/4 pole/ plinth mounted transformer structure and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of PCC pit and RCC cover for replacement of damaged/broken pit, cover earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling damaged/ perished locking arrangement of GOD and making new locking arrangement with provision of 65mm Godrej lock with 2 keys etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lightning arrester expulsion type for 33KV complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F lightning arrester expulsion type for 11KV complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for 11KV and current rating upto 200 Amps. etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high in synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality of specified make over a coat of primer including preparation of old or new surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
