Job includes replacement of 63 KVA electric transformer at Tube well by way of dismounting 63 KVA Electric Transformer from its installed position and providing and fitting of new 63 KVA Electric transformer on existing station. The job also includes Providing and fitting of 3 No disc insulators, D.O set 1 No, tri vector set and creation of Fuse box with allied fitting and providing of new cabling from fuse box to transformer and aluminum cable 35 mm sq 3.5 core from fuse box to voltage stabilizer and other connections with proper thimbling.The job includes the cost of material, fixation labour and transport charges. The job also includes providing and fitting of 200 Amp, 415 Volt, main switch and bus bar of reputed make. The job includes cost of material, fixation labour and transport charges and testing it on full load.The job includes cost of material, labour, carriage, tools and tackles ( Complete Job)

Providing and commissioning of 63 KVA copper wound, oil cooled, manually operated stabilizer with input voltage range(160 V to 400 V) and output voltage range (400 V+ 10%) and frequency 50 Hz+ 3% for irrigation Tube-Well. Stabilizer assembly should comprise of core made of silicon steel wound with copper coil conductor of appropriate quality confirming to BIS with di-electric oil of proper value for cooling stabilizer assembly. The job also includes providing and laying of 35mm 3 core aluminum cable of required length of for making of connections and P/F 01 no. changeover/by-pass switch of 100 Amps for by-passing the voltage regulation mechanism & to run the system on main in coming supply. The job also includes P/F of 01 no. 4 pole 100 Amp 16 KA M.C.C.B on input side and 01 no. 3 pole 100 Amp 16 KA MCCB on output side & other required fittings. The job includes cost of material, labour, carriage, tools and tackles ( Complete Job).
