Providing casting machining and assembling of Head stocks assembly with handle complete for operating tank, canal, barrage, stop dam gates, as per drawing with testing, including cost of all materials as head stock body, GM nut, warm wheel, gear, bush, pin, operating handle etc., with machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing and forwarding transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials. Head Stock screw jack type, 45 mm dia threaded nut (model M 70), 0.700 tonne capacity approx. 42kg. For HR gates at RD 20425, RD 20685,RD 19880, RD 39190, RD 24900, RD 30450, 6no. x42 kg = 252kg

Rate for single start square threading for 56 mm dia/50 mm dia /45 mm dia round bar with materials. 45mm dia. rod 3m length, 12.3 kg/m, 12.3x3 = 36.9 kg each for HR gates at RD 20425, RD 20685,RD 19880, RD 39190, RD 24900, RD 30450,6 gates = 6x36.9kg= 221.4 kg

Rate for single start square threading for 56 mm dia./50 mm dia./45 mm dia round bar without materials. Rethreading and straightening work for 2, 45mm dia rods up to 1m, 2no. x 1 m = 2m

Erecting work of fabricated gates, any parts of gate's and any accessories of gate's, complete as per drawing with testing, including cost of all materials required for completing the job like welding rods, tools tackles etc., with machinery, labour, tools and tackles cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, etc., applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and two coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing and forwarding, transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials. total weight = weight of headstock 252 kg + weight of rod 45mm dia. 221.4 kg = 473.4 kg say 474 kg

Providing and fixing work of head stock chuck nut of required size (for M70/M75/S36 type headstock) complete work at site. RD 19340, RD 40765, RD 28740 - 3 no.

Providing and fixing work of thrust ball bearing of required size for Canal gates complete work at site. For HR gate at RD 17860, RD 19340, RD 40765, RD 39690 - 4 no.

Providing and fixing work of head stock Cap (for M70/M75/S36 type headstock) complete work at site. for HR gate at RD 16610- 2no. , RD 17860, RD 19340, RD 40765- 3no. total= 5no.

Providing of gate operating handle for screw Jack hoisting complete work at site.
