Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations, laying cables/ pipes etc. not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations, laying cables/ pipes etc. exceeding 1.5 m deep but not exceeding 3.0 m deepnd getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Clean dry sand ( locally available) as cushioning for under ground cable 230 mm thick (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying the cable) complete all as specified. NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 180 mm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat across the route of underground cable all as specified and directed

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly complete all as specified.

Steel tubular 9 metre long swaged pole type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws and painting the pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of primer including black and yellow strips 30cm each upto 1.5 metre from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles in 80mm high white letter using synthetic enamel paint over base etc including taking down old existing pole complete all as specified. Note - Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

Cross arm bracing support, clamp and back plate from structural steel section including nuts & bolts washer, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or as directed and including of one coat primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint for maing clamp to be used for fixing of flood light/ street light on pole complete, all as specified.

Dismantling LT steel tubular pole of any heigh by taking out form PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I - 2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as directed by Engg-in-Charge

Painting the existing LT steel pole of 9.0 mtr Long incluidng cross arms, clamps, street light junction box etc with 1 coats of aluminium paint including throughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circule 15cm with black paint on poles. Painting the pole upto 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level complete all as specified and directed

Security light bracket made of 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe 1.5 metre long bend to shape including necessary welding and fixed to pole with suitable size of flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc. IN REPLACEMENT, complete all as specified .

Hot press moulded SMC junction/terminal box of size with internal dimensions of 300x200x105 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 2 way connector 415 Volts made out of ploycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixed on ple by means of clamps made out of MS Flat iron of size 25mm x3mm 2 Set including dismantling of old unserviceable all as speceified and as directed.
