Taking down old unserviceable point wiring any type from existing conduit (light, fan, socket or power point etc) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, regulator and socket etc and removing the material FR on site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, whitewash/colour/distemper etc complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

M & L point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FR PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and including PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 25 mm dia and 1.5 mm wall thickness and conduit fittings including FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and Metal Flush box, cover plate with frame of suitable size for fixing modular switches/sockets/fan regulator etc complete all as specified for the following (Note : Cost of Metal boxes and modular accessories like cover plates will be included in quoated rate.) S&F of Junction Box shall be insulated and made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced. The size should be not less then 200 X 160 X 98 in mm cat. Part no KF5255. The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The JB shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The JBs shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670 –22 & IEC 60670 – 2-5. The JB color according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate. For better safety the Polycarbonate encl shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wir test for 960 deg. Cent. M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after lying of calbe in trenches complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6.3 mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15 cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting FR on ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth lead of size 4 mm by means of galvnised nuts, bolts and washers. GI wire of 4 mm dia laid in 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection FR on top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters FR on earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following:- (a) test point of GI.(b) Watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia FR on top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with brass wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit.
