M & L for Rendering a backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to receive skirting/backing coats of tiles all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of roof tops including removing the existing treatment by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper and roughening the existing surfaces to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The debris out the cleaning/removing/ scraping shall be removed out MD Land

Material and labour for providing 10mm thick cement plaster over roof slab (over the area of dismantled roof treatment ) in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with Liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement (quoted rate shall exclusive of Liquid water proofing compound) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of APP treatment from roof surface cleaning of roof tops including removing the existing treatment by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper and roughening the existing surfaces to receive plaster and Supply & Laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.5 kg per Sqmm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm by torching the membrane including sealing the overlap while torching with 100mm on length side and 100mm wide side as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction the curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200 Ml/bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed including two coats of bituminous aluminium paint.
