Boring/excavation including pit making at entry & exit point to the precise dimensions for Launching of the specialized Auger boring machine in normal soil condition but not in any underground utility like foundation, water supply / sewer line coming in alignment or other underground obstructions complete in all respect including caution sign boards, signals, watching fencing, site clearance etc. for crossing of Rewari Road for laying of sewer line by trenchless technology including provision for probe radar survey to check any underground obstruction before finalizing the alignment for 1400 mm i/d MS casing pipe
Providing & insertion of 1400 mm i/d M.S. Casing pipe 12.5 mm thick (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS: 3589 of 1991 from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 of following sizes including cutting, beveling, grinding & radio graphically welding of pipes as per IS-1182 complete in all respect and also coating of inner & outer surface of casing pipe with high built epoxy paint to R.D.S.O. as per specification No. M&C/PCN.III/88 to a dry film thickness of 250 micron for protection against corrosion complete in all respect including cost & cartage of material to site of work and testing as per specifications. Note: The bidder is required to verify the Under Ground water table, soil condition, site condition, depth of existing sewer to be connected and all othe factors which are required for Trenchless Insertion. No subsequent payment for these will be made extra.
Providing & fixing HDPE Specer to be fitted in MS casing pipe of size 1400 mm i/d and carrier pipe of size 1000 mm i/d complete job including labour charges. Cartage of material to site of work complete in all respect
Providing concrete block 1:1:5:3 on both ends to plug the annular space between casing and carries pipe for 1000 mm i/d casing pipe 1400 mm i/d complete in all respect
Provision for probe radar survey to check any underground observation before finalizing the alignment.
Supply, fixing, jointing & commissioning of suitable size mannual operated CI sluice gate including all labor, jointing material & acessories which are required complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge Depth of pipe on which the gate is to be installed 7.50 mtr.blelow ground level. Suitable size for 1000 mm OD sewer
