Providing and fixing insulation glass wool of 50 mm thick binded with wire mesh and aluminium sheet GI pipes

Providing and fixing insulation to glass wool and cover with wire mesh and aluminium cover for water tank complete job.

Providing and fixing gate valve 32mm dia.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber I neoprene .. gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I panelling, C.P. brass I stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, kg 371.95 minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators ncluding providing and fixing hinges I pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber I neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or lyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, kg 428.25 minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle boardflat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-l type-11) in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C. P. brass I stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber I neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness (weight not less than 13 .50 kg I sqm)

Providing and laying insulation works on PPR pipes by way of using K flex , polythene, glass wool wire mesh and aluminium sheet complete job. 40mm dia.

Providing and laying electrical heat tape complete job.

Providing and fixing hydronomatic pump of 1.0 HP power including connection with all required dia complete job.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP - R ( poly propylence Random copolymer ) pipes SOR 7.4 UV stablized and anti microbialfusion welded , having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP - R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fiting 1/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing . This includes cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per directions of Engineer in charges . ( concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 40mm dia.

Providing insulation in between the ply wood thermo cold 50 mm thick complete job.

Providing and fixing polycarbonate double layer sheet fastening with required nuts and screw

Running and maintenance of all sanitary fittings , plumbing and water supply and distribution in each and every bath rooms of UT secretariat without any distrabiances , break for the winter months i.e Nov - April 2020
