145KV Double bus bar Hybrid bay equipment:

Design, Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 1 no 145kV SF6 gas filled Hybrid Switchgear Bay For 132 kV feeder bay (Double main Bus Bar, i.e. 2 main scheme) at 220 KV S/S Faridnagar and connecting jumpers of all the three ends (One end to main 1 bus, one to Main 2 bus & third to line side). Three pole Hybrid Switchgear along with supporting structure includes per bay the following functionality: i). One (1) set of circuit breaker with Gang operated mechanism, spring type. ii). Three (3) set three pole combined disconnecting cum earthing switch, motor and hand operated on either side of the circuit breaker. [#] The Disconnectors and the Earthing switch are combined and operated by means of a common driving mechanism. iii). Local Control cubicle for hybrid switchgear bay (Electric diagram) including interlocking system of Hybrid Switchgear module. iv). Power supplies and control signals cabling from pole Hybrid Switchgear equipment to local control cubicle (multi-cables Plug in type). (v). Bushings made of Polymer / silicon rubber. (vi). All type of Clamp and Connectors for jumpering work & for bushing. (vii). Special tool for manual spring charging of the CB drive. (viii). Ring Type Current Transformer 800-400-200/1-1-1 (0.2 class).

Construction of Hybrid switchgear foundations and all other required auxiliary foundations for proper completion of work including Yard levelling, cutting and filling, anti weed treatment below 132 KV Bus area. Construction of cable trench of size 300mm width 10 mtr length (as per UPPTCL standard).

Erection, testing & commissioning Work

All type of Clamp and Connectors required for jumpering work (C-Wedge Clamps (RPG Make) in place of PG Clamps

Earthing of 132 kV Hybrid feeder bay as per UPPTCL norms. All MS Flat & other earthing material shall be provided by department.

1.1KV grade Power & Control Cables: Power cable with nickel platted brass glands, terminators etc. 1.1kV grade, heavy duty, PVC sheathed, PVC insulated, Aluminium conductor cable, armoured, manufactured in accordance with ISI 1554: along with laying & termination as per UPPTCL'S norms.

Supply & Laying of Control cables, its glands & termination with nickel platted brass glands, terminators etc. 1.1kV grade, heavy duty, PVC sheathed, PVC insulated copper conductor cable, armoured, manufactured in accordance with IS 1554: & Laying as per norms of UPPTCL.
