Dismantling old PGI/CGI sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia etc complete all as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley, eaves, etc and fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick 3 ply plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed in ceiling, flat or slopingwith screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails, cross sectional area exc 03 sq.cm & n.exc 06 sq.cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for grils.rails etc complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections conforming to Fe - 290 (Gde E-165) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber in scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position in unframed work complete all as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood as in timber scantling ,clean sawn, and fixed unframed work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick (E-Boards) Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Anodised aliminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling confirming IS:733, 737 & IS:1285 ; complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable/ foundation of pole and getting out in hard /rocky soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soilcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ceramic wall insulator white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron wahsers alone galvanised iron nut 50mm height,65 mm dia for 550mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unservicable earthings and M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate electrode not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to including galvanised iron strip size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point including provision of earth strip protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with RCC cover, CI frame, char coal, salt & funnel etc complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Rate to be considered for earth strip to be fixed 7.5 m long complete all as specified and as directed.
