Following work to be done in 400 kV CBinstalled Bus Coupler bay ( CGL make):- Detecting the SF6 gas leakage in porcelain and cubical portion of all three R,Y and B Pole of 400 kV (CGL make) circuit breaker installed B.C. bay. Work includes retrieving of Sf-6 gas from the defective all three R, Y and B Pole of 400 kV (CB No. 95) Bus coupler circuit breaker opening both the side plates of the interrupter opening the bar pin between moving contact assembly and insulating road. Removing the interrupter from support porcelain with the help of suitable Hydra/ crane. Fixing of the defective interrupter on the stand. Opening of interrupter porcelain from moving contact flange. Taking out moving contact assembly and intermediate flange. Replacement of all defective O rings P 260 (05 Nos.) O ring P 170 (01 No.), O ring P7 and O ring P18 after proper cleaning of grooves of flanges and porcelain. Reassembly of pole. Erection of interrupter assembly on the support porcelain After that checking of SF 6 gas pipe line, NRV and valve. Replacement of defective O ring by new if required. Evacuation of pole up to the required level. To keep the pole in observation for 12 hr. after satisfactory result of vacuum level filling of SF6 up to the required pressure will be provided by contractor at requirement.
Cleaning of all cubicles, Oiling & greasing of moving parts of operating mechanism for smooth operation and healthiness of Circuit Breaker.
