Hiring of 1 (one) number 25 KVA Diesel Generator Set at 0.8 PF, 415V, 3-Phase, 4-Wire, 50 Hz, air-cooled radiator type, 1500 RPM, enclosed in a sound-attenuated weatherproof acoustic enclosure conforming to the latest CPCB norms and certification. The DG Set shall include base frame, engine-mounted local control panel with all necessary instruments, self-starting system, sealed maintenance-free batteries, battery charger, diesel fuel tank with inlet, outlet, draining point, level indicator, and required piping, initial full tank of diesel, first fill of lube oil, silencer with top cover mounting stand, AVM rubber footings, and a self-regulated, self-excited brushless alternator with continuous output of 25 KVA at 0.8 PF, 415V, 50 Hz with AVR and speed governor. The scope also includes supply and installation of MS Class C fuel piping with suitable diameter, bends, flanges, valves, tees, elbows, etc., as well as required size of power and control cables and system earthing, considering the site conditions. Complete installation, including foundation, commissioning with full tank fuel and oil, trial running, and deployment of trained manpower for operation and maintenance, are under the scope of the hiring agency. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of DG set hiring charges, supply of diesel and lubricant (mobil), manpower for operation, and maintenance for the entire period. No additional payment shall be made beyond the quoted value.
