The tenderers shall submit a certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V and Annexure-V(A) . Non submission of above certificate by the tenderer shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested/digitally signed by which they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract, April 2022 (IRGCC, April 2022) with correction slips issued up to date of inviting tender will be applicable for this tender.
If the Bidder submits Bid Security in form of Bank Guarantee, the Guarantee should be worth on adequate stamp duty. Further, as per Advance Correction Slip No. 5 dated 20.10.2023 "The Original Bank Guarantee should be delivered in person in this office (i.e. in Receive and Dispatch Section of DRM office, Engineering Branch, West Central Railway, Jabalpur) before closing date for submission of bids (i.e. excluding the last date of submission of bids)
While quoting rates, tenderer should quote rates taking into consideration the minimum wages Act as applicable in that area as on the date, at the time of opening of tender as per latest minimum rates of wages per day, failing which tender will be summarily rejected. Calculation of wages for items NS-1 TO NS - 5 to be carried out for highly skilled, skilled & unskilled as per enclosed in Annexure B-1, B-2 & B-3 (attached under special condition of the work).
Desilting cleaning of jackwell, innerwall, ductline, chamber face(mouth) at Gwarighat pump station for alternate month i.e. 6 times in a year under Assistant Divisional Engineer (HQ) Jabalpur.
