Material and Labour for renewal of plate earthing for LT panel with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 40 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work , etc.complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

Material and Labour for renewal of plate earthing for LT panel withgalvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or stee all as shown in electrcal plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continious earth wire or main switch board/ panel etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protection by 15 mm dia,light grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation Maintenance free earthing: Earth pits shall be maintenance free. Earth electrode shall be High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface. Back-fill compound should strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE: 80 standards. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction JEF ECO SAFE compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag ( 22.5 kg Bag. (1Bag required per earth pit). Back-fill compound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate for Back-fill compound should be submitted. Earth termination clamp shall be of 25 mm OD SS Clamp Both Side for terminating both round and flat conductors of required size. Heavy duty weather proof Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber with following dimensions: 254 mm dia (top), 330 mm dia (bottom) & 260 mm (height).

Material and Labour for Cable route marker made out of Sand stone of size 0.15m wide and 0.60m long including writing the LT Cable by engraqvinging/ painting complete fixed in PCC including excavation and RF and removing complete all as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paverblock with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade except tiles laid over 50 mm thick sand cushioning layer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for fixing hold fast, coping, cills and filling in pressed steel door frames including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces of cross arms, clamps, steel poles, pipes etc of any shape and size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.Note Each Job consists of 3 sqmtr area of above given any material.

Material and Labour for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces of transformers of capacity 63 to 150 KVA size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of smoke grey paint over a coat of Zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and attending to welding work in reapirs to iron frame doors/gate, rolling shutter garrages and other iron misc works, repair by welding (run or spot welding as per site requirement) including replacementof defective items/material alongwith & including welding machine golves, welding glass, welding rod any other tools required, as per requirement complete all ass specidied and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of tree-branches touching HT/LT OH lines having girth n.exc 30cm and removing the branches to a distance n. exc 50 Mtr and as disired.
