Air-conditioning arrangement

Supply of Microprocessor based air-cooled ceiling Concealed type split Air Conditioner comprising of indoor unit,outdoor unit having both condensing and cooling unit made of Cu tubes having cooling capacity not less than 14000W, ISSER ratio:- 2.7 to 3.4, Noise level not more than 57db with scroll/rotary Compressor suitable for R-410A/R-32 Refrigerant & operation on 415V - 50 Hz - 3 Ph AC supply.(Make-Mitshubishi Heavy Industries/O-General / Hitach / Mitsubishi Electric//Daikin/Carrier as per approved by EIC/authority).

Supply of Microprocessor based air-cooled ceiling Concealed type split Air Conditioner comprising of indoor unit,outdoor unit having both condensing and cooling unit made of Cu tubes having cooling capacity not less than 10000W, ISSER ratio:- 3.1 to 3.9, Noise level not more than 55db with scroll/rotary Compressor suitable for R-410A/R-32 Refrigerant & operation on 415V - 50 Hz - 3 Ph AC supply.(Make-Mitshubishi Heavy Industries/O-General / Hitach / Mitsubishi Electric//Daikin/Carrier as per approved by EIC/authority).

Installation, testing & commissioning of the above-said AC outdoor unit on existing Iron Structure and Indoor unit to be suspended below the celling after fastening the full threaded 8mm dia MS rod in the ceiling incl. all fixing accesories as per requirement of the site & mending good the damages as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Installation of Extra Add-on items- HVAC grade 5/8"(for suction) & 3/8"(for discharge) copper refrigerant pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation including shaddle,screw, insulation tape, fastner etc for above AC machine as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Laying of 4core 2.5sq.mm 1.1 KV insulation grade sheathed Cu cable with gas line as per direction of EIC for making interconnection/communication between Indoor to Outdoor unit of Split type AC m/c. (Polycab/Gloster/Finolex/KEI/ Havells /RR Cable as approved by E.I.C)

Supply and laying 20mm hard PVC pipe (heavy type) for water drainage.

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 2 Nos. M.S. Angle of size (50 mm x 50 mmx6mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 3.0/4.0 TR ceiling concealed AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 40 mm x40mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform is 2Mtr. x 1Mtr. or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC.

Electrical Installation work

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 25mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required[E-14]

i) 4 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC [E-14/ 1(b)(iii)]

ii)4 x 84/0.3 (6 sqmm) + 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) ECC [E-14/ 1(b)(v)]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.[F-9]

i) 2.5 sqmm [F-5/9(i)]

ii) 4 sqmm [F-5/9(ii)]

iii) 6 sqmm [F-5/9(iii)]

S&F of 32A timer controlled DB for 1 no. three phase AC in SS double door 14 way DB enclosure (Make: L&T/Legrand/ABB(E)) with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish. All connections should be made by copper wire of 4mm2 & 1.5mm2 and finishing with dowells solderless socket by crimping method incl. necy. connection & provision for earthing attachment & neutral link incl. Ferruling & marking with S&F following Electrical accessories as per direction of EIC [for 3/4 TR AC] i) 415V, 32A FPMCB C curve breaking capacity 10kA - 1 no. ii) 415V, 32A, 3P Contactor with 1 no + 1 no Auxilary Contact - 1 no. iii) 32A, 250V AC ON-OFF-ON SPDT toggle switch with marking-1no. (for Auto/Manual option). iv) 24Hr x 7 days programmble Digital timer - 1 no. v) On & Off Indicator LED lamp and Start & Stop push button switch (G&R)-2 set. vi) Din rail mounted Terminal Block for Outgoing & Incoming - 7 nos. vii) 6-32 A SP MCB C curve breaking capacity 10kA-1 no.

S & F 3phase , 415 V, 50Hz DOL starter with encloser Relay range 9-14 amps (Make-ABB/Siemens/L & T as per dierction of E.I.C) to be fixed on wall with all fixing accessories complete as to G.S

Supply & laying 3 core 4 sqmm PVC unarmoured copper Cable (from OLP starter to A.C outdoor Connection)(Make- Gloster/Havells/Finolex/Polycab as approved by E.I.C)
