S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre using 2mm dia GI hanger complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including prepatation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs 4mm thick Asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber framework with screws, fixed in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to timber framework with screws, fixed in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash ,sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster , (10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Finishing layer mixed with water proofing compound @200ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction. 2. WPC to be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid Water Proofing Compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

S/F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall /chajja, fixed with self tapping screw as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) , fixed with self tapping screws /J or L hooks as specified

S&F 0.56mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed)

Supply and fix in repairs high proformence industrial circulator/ ventilator wind driven turbine dia of bottom ring 600 mm Top plate and bottom ring made of stainless steel with FRP base to match roofing sheet with polyster rasin powder coated top of the ventilator turbine made of aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steel and varplitch from aluminium rotation bearing made of twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bearing and housing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with `L' type or `J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F for mild steel work in Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates ; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

S&F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

S & F steel work ,Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, in roof trusses(framed) /purlins /crane gantries rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, gusset plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep out cracks to 'V' section grouting cracks with cement slurry 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound to fixed the sheet with walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
