Filling in plinth etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each layer by rammng, watering complete job

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, binding & placing in position all complete. HYSD reinforcement of grade Fe-500D steel bars at all levels.

Structural steel work welded in built up section for trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position anchor bolts and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :(Cement mortar 1 :6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonary with common burnt clay F.P.S ( non modular) brick of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level: 1:4(1 cement 4 coarse sand

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete)

12 mm thick cement plaster on ceilings, etc. in (1 cement: 4 fine sand mix). Upto floor V level complete in all respects (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc. upto site of work complete).

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G. I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing valleys of 90cm wide overall in plains G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L. hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.1.60mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350gm/m2

Providing and fixing plannes eaves boarding (300mm x 40mm )( nominal size) second class kail wood fixed with screws etc, including all carraiges .All job completed.

Providing colour coated corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.25 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gram/m2

Providing and fixing power coated aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)

P/f of 8mm aluminium partition panels in the doors as approved by the consultant excluding the cost of the frames supporting the same but including carriage upto site complete

P/F of Mosquito wire mesh in windows avalible 2mm wire dia in plane roll. Confirming to SS304 stainless steel with Mill finish
