Supply and fix for 90 watts LED light fittings, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life Versatile pressure die-cast aluminium aesthetically designed roadway luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver including cable for connection all as per Cat No.LSTP-90-CDL of make Crompton or equivalent model in Wipro/ Philips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing for cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of sizes 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and passing for three core PVC insulated stranded aluminium cable of size 4 sqmm size and 1100 volts through steel tubler pole complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Finolex/ Plaza/ Havells as approved.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in hard/ dense soil for laying of underground cables and foundation of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Supply and laying for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material to distance not exceeding 50metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping/ pedestal of poles stay including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surfaces using extra cements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for 32mm bore galvanised steel pipe light grade for mechanical protection of earth strip of copper earthing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for copper strips 20mm x 3.0mm complete with insulators and fixing screws for fixing the strips on wall/ roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to copper earth lead strip 20 X 3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to neutral of transformer as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 30 cm x 30 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers,32mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I . (Note: Copper earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 metres shall deem to be included in the quoted rate)

Supply, fixing and testing for copper lighting protection system 5 spike of 25mm dia rod and 1000mm long, spike of 135mm length and 5.5mm dia with square base plate of size 62X62X5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI medium grade High mast for mounting conventional lightning Arrester including provisioning of guy wire and all connected accessories for supporting high mast of 9.0 metres with following:- (i) Dia of pipe 80mm and 6.0 metres length. (ii) Dia of pipe 65mm and 3.0 metres length. (iii) Base plate (guy wire supporting high mast). Note: Cost of provisioning of guy wire and all connected accessories are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix for single core PVC insulated stranded copper cable of size 50 Sqmm including making connection to lightning arrester and earth strip complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Polycab/ Finolex/ Plaza/ Havells as approved.

Material and labour for chemical earthing electrode advanced encapsualated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (zinc and alloy coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) and alloy coating (200-250) microns, earthing system confirming IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm and 41.9mm dia, 3.0 metres length zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the top side for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) moisture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for conductivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/ conductolite back filled compound (Ground enhencer), the BFC should be eco friendly , it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/ metal having ROHS certfication from NABL accredited lab. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 3 bags including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for terminal point block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size size 75 X 75 X 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.
