Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing submersible pump sets of capacity 3 HP to 10 HP and taking out the pump set alongwith pipes and fittings for flushing the bore well upto 450 feet depth or repair the pump set and strip opening the pump set for repairs/replacement of worn out spares, refixing of serviceable spares, assembling the pump set completely, testing of pump set, lowering the pump set inside the bore well after repairs including connecting back the water and electric connections, commissioning of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The spares required for repair the pump sets and rewinding of motors will be measured and paid seperetely.

Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing submersible pump sets of capacity 5 HP upto 15 HP and taking out the pump set alongwith pipes and fittings for flushing the bore well above 450 feet and upto 750 feet depth or repair the pump set and strip opening the pump set for repairs/replacement of worn out spares, refixing of serviceable spares, assembling the pump set completely, testing of pump set, lowering the pump set inside the bore well after repairs including connecting back the water and electric connections, commissioning of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The spares required for repair the pump sets and rewinding of motors will be measured and paid seperetely.

Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing submersible pump and motor sets of capacity upto 15 HP and taking out the pump and motor set alongwith pipes and fittings above 750 feet and upto 1100 feet depth of bore and repair the pump/motor set and strip opening the pump and motor set for repairs/replacement of worn out spares, refixing of serviceable spares, assembling the pump set completely, testing of pump set, lowering the pump set inside the bore well after repairs, including connecting back the water and electric connections, commissioning of pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 20 to 22 :(i) The spares required for repair the pump sets and rewinding of motors will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Due to more depth existing coloumn pipes are welded bysuing GI Strip . S&F PVC insulated Copper conductor, sheathed, Submersible flat cables of size 2.5 Sqmm, 3 core, for Submersible Pumps, 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments cutting to required length connecting with necessary end ferrules / water proof joints and jointing and testing including disconnecting/taking out old existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of insulating mats 2.5mm thick made of elastometer (a generic term that includes rubbers, latex and elastometric compounds that may be natural or synthetic or a mixture or a combination of both) for use as floor covering for the protection of workers on ac and dc installations with the system voltages up to 11 KV ac and 240 V dc and as per cl 5 of IS 15652 latest class B Cat II of size 1mX2m complete with relevant test reports and fixing on floor with suitable adhesives all as specified and as directed. Note : The mat should be permanently pasted with the held of suitable adhesive/resin. All joints and corners shall be filled/covered with insulating material of matching colour. Matching colour and matching designed tapes should be used to maintain an aesthetic look of the installation.

Material labour for removing submerceable pump motor set of capacity up to 10 HP stuck in side the borewell of depth up to 100 meter including by flushing the existing borewells of any size with drilling compressor mounted on truck at a pressure of 7 Kg / Sqcm with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud including flushing out tree roots etc from the bore well till discharge of the fresh water and then clear the bore by using Rod drilling using Bore well drilling machine from any kind of obstruction, reinstall the motor and coloumn pipe , necessary electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed .
