M&L for GREs tough HD polished ceramic tiles 10mm (light shade of square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in walls skirting etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white and including plastic water closet seat cover as per reqd colour with flat bottom and seat cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device incl flushing cistern etc complete all as specified and directed..

S&F for Stainless steel railing special alloy (grade 304) pipe 1.50 mm thick and any dia of pipe, incl necessary cutting , notching organ welding , grinding and drlling counter sunk holes and bending required shape by mechanical means in factory as per requirement withou forming wrinkles and butting polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Aluminium composite panel work for 3mm or 4mm partition wall and necessary fittings, screws and fixing arrangement and finishing of any colour as approved by Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Old surface of wall by filling cracks by crack filler, removing loose paint etc ,removing nails etc and making good surface by applying two coat wall care putty in complete area ,smoothen surface by sand paper and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 55100.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
